Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule your reservation at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Tables may be released after 15 minutes if guests have not arrived. We appreciate your consideration as space is limited and reservations help us create the best experience for everyone. Catered Mahjong events must be booked at least 14 days in advance and require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
